Cover design  The thermal stability of isopropylmalate dehydrogenase from thermus thermophilus appears to derive in part from its low Cp, which is more than 10 lower than for the Escherichia coli enzyme. This suggests a large difference in the structures of the unfolded states between the mesophile and the thermophile. For further details see Motono et al., pages 961-966.
